The ABC fish cake ticks all the boxes if you're looking for a "do it all" one board quiver.
This amazing little board has all the wave-catching attributes of a fish and the rear end of a performance shortboard. The fish is nice and wide under the chest making it paddle fast, catch waves early and is also nice and stable for the first-time shortboarder.
Capable in a wide range of conditions from onshore waist-high mush to clean and overhead. The Hybrid is also a good option for a wide selection of surfers; competent shortboarders will love the versatility of the fish, and will love its small wave performance when the weaker summer swells set-in.
Set your surfing free and feel the speed with a set of large twins up front, add a stabilizing trailer fin for a little more control or wack in some small side bites for heaps of drive and hold in steeper waves.....the options are almost endless.

1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
extra virgin olive oil (evoo) for cooking
300g potato, mashed with butter
400g mulloway
1 cup snipped Chives
2 tbls Capers
2 tbls chopped cornichons
1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
1 x 45g tin Anchovies
½ cup Breadcrumbs
2 tbls lemon zest
Plain Flour
Egg
1 cup bread cup bread crumbs
